Dayao Information Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. ("Dayao Technology") was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in the Xiangjiang New Area of Changsha, Hunan Province. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in Software-Defined Radio (SDR) and electromagnetic signal processing, and is also recognized as a specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative SME of Hunan Province and a municipal enterprise technology center of Changsha. The company has branches in Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Xi'an, holds complete research and production qualifications, and its core members graduated from the National University of Defense Technology.

The company integrates product R&D, manufacturing, sales and service, covering teaching laboratories, research simulation, realistic training and equipment applications in electromagnetic signal domains such as communications, radar, navigation and electronic countermeasures. Deep Technical Foundation

The core team graduated from the National University of Defense Technology and has been engaged in the Software-Defined Radio field for more than twenty years. The company holds over 50 invention patents and more than 30 software copyrights, with independent patent coverage at every layer of its five-layer full-stack architecture.

Full-Stack, Independently Controllable

From the Tiangong kernel to Tiangang equipment, all five layers are developed entirely in-house. Core components—both hardware and software—are fully self-controlled and can run on domestic CPUs such as Phytium, Hygon, Sunway, and LoongArch, as well as domestic operating systems including Kylin and UnionTech, meeting the security requirements of defense and government application scenarios.

Proven in Real-World Deployment

Our products have been validated and deployed in actual projects of defense research institutes and universities, serving clients such as multiple research institutes under CETC and various service academies. In several electromagnetic simulation projects, the Tianwen platform successfully replaced combined MATLAB + LabVIEW solutions and has been highly recognized by customers.

Compliant with Domestic IT Innovation Requirements

Fully compatible with domestic CPUs and operating systems, and supports completely offline private deployment. As MATLAB has been banned by some universities and research institutions, Dayao Technology provides users with a reliable and compliant domestic substitution path.

Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design algorithms according to customer requirements;

2. Implement algorithms based on the Software-Defined Radio architecture;

3. Prepare and execute preliminary and detailed project design and development plans; carry out system development, testing, deployment and integration;

4. Resolve technical issues arising during development and participate in code maintenance and backup.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome;

2. Solid command of communication algorithm principles and MATLAB;

3. Familiar with the Python programming language;

4. Familiar with Linux systems;

5. Experience with GNU Radio is a plus;

6. Familiar with the fundamentals and related knowledge of wireless communications.

FPGA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently undertake the design and development of FPGA functional software in line with the overall project design;

2. Develop interface programs between the FPGA, the host system and the RF section, covering RF chips such as AD9361 and ADRV9009 and FPGA chips such as the ZYNQ series;

3. Handle joint debugging and testing between modules, support product integration testing, and complete software documentation;

4. Work with hardware engineers to verify the feasibility of hardware schematics;

5. Work with driver engineers to complete software integration.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, information or communications;

2. Proficient in FPGA development environments such as VIVADO; able to develop FPGAs in VHDL or Verilog;

3. Familiar with the theory of SDR wireless communication technology and radar signal processing; proficient in MATLAB and C programming;

4. Able to use computer-aided design software such as CADENCE (schematic capture, PCB);

5. Good fault-diagnosis skills and the ability to troubleshoot electronic circuit faults independently.

Embedded Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in company product development, completing the design, coding implementation and routine maintenance of embedded software in project products;

2. Participate in hardware development and debugging and in software troubleshooting;

3. Participate in product technical support, provide technical descriptions and other technical materials to the marketing department, and take part in preparing training materials and user training;

4. Assist with new product introduction and resolve R&D-related technical issues during testing and production;

5. Responsible for preparing technical documents such as requirements analysis, preliminary design and detailed design.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, communication engineering or related fields, with more than 3 years of work experience;

2. Proficient in C/C++, familiar with Python programming, with good programming habits and standards;

3. Familiar with compilation tools such as gcc and g++, and skilled at writing CMake or makefiles;

4. Familiar with the Linux operating system and system programming, with experience in Linux driver development;

5. Familiar with version control software such as CVS, SVN or GIT;

6. Familiar with basic circuit schematics;

7. Good communication and coordination skills and a strong team spirit;

8. Strong documentation skills, able to write standardized preliminary and detailed design documents;

9. Familiarity with Python programming is an advantage;

10. Experience with USRP and GNU Radio SDR development is preferred.

Senior C++ Developer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product/project design and development;

2. Responsible for driver development and porting under the Linux operating system;

3. Responsible for application feature development, maintenance and performance improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Over 5 years of C/C++ and QT programming experience, solid command of common algorithms and data structures, strong coding ability and able to complete development independently;

3. Familiar with sockets, server-side communication technologies, database storage technologies and related solutions;

4. Proficient in Qt UI development (QWidgets/QML), capable of Qt5-based graphical development, and familiar with QtLocation widgets for map applications;

5. Familiar with Linux systems and experienced in Linux driver and application development;

6. Team-oriented, strongly interested in technology, with good self-learning and communication skills;

7. Development experience with Zynq, Phytium and similar chip products is preferred;

8. Experience in the defense industry is preferred.

Quality Management Department Manager / Quality System Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the review of quality management system processes, maintain the quality management system, and supervise departments’ compliance with system requirements;

2. Track and plan continuous improvement of the system and product quality, guide departments in drafting and revising system documents, and plan and organize the implementation of quality improvement plans;

3. Formulate the annual quality system work plan, organize departments to set quality objectives, and monitor and evaluate their implementation;

4. Manage document control, responsible for archiving, issuing and change control of quality system documents and R&D technical documents;

5. Participate in drafting and evaluating inspection methods for new products; handle incoming material, in-process and finished product inspection, with related records and statistical analysis;

6. Manage measuring equipment, quality information and nonconforming products, and organize the review of nonconforming products;

7. Prepare implementation plans for internal audits and management reviews; organize internal audits, support management in conducting management reviews, draft internal audit and management review reports, issue rectification plans and verify the effectiveness of rectification;

8. Prepare for, coordinate and liaise on external audits of defense-industry qualifications;

9. Responsible for the confidentiality office and supervise the company’s day-to-day confidentiality management;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant experience in the defense electronics industry;

2. Familiar with the GJB9001C national military standard system;

3. Experience in production, testing, processes, project management or quality management is preferred.

Industry Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Track market trends in the defense industry or the higher education sector; independently develop markets and customers in line with the company’s sales plan and targets, and fulfil sales tasks;

2. Responsible for the entire project sales cycle, tracking and coordinating the full sales process, including but not limited to opportunity development, project follow-up, organizing bid participation, negotiation, contract signing and payment collection;

3. Build and maintain customer relationships, collect customer information, identify customer needs, coordinate internal resources, assist project teams in communicating with customers and help resolve issues in project production, development and delivery;

4. Participate in market research, gather information on customer needs, application scenarios and product improvement suggestions, and propose reasonable recommendations to the company;

5. Complete the assigned scope of work and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (communications or electronics majors preferred); requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally capable candidates;

2. At least 3 years of sales experience in electronic communications or system integration; experience in the training or electronic communications field is preferred, as are a strong higher-education background or prior work in defense enterprises or military units;

3. Good communication skills and professional ethics, able to voluntarily comply with the special confidentiality and discipline requirements of the defense industry, with team spirit and the ability to work under pressure, and willing to travel.
