INTRODUCTION
Product Overview
1. Product Overview
The DY-P002 Embedded Broadband Ad-Hoc Radio integrates a broadband ad-hoc board, combining broadband data transmission and video dispatch capabilities. It features compact size, lightweight design, high bandwidth, long communication range, flexible networking, and plug-and-play operation—specifically engineered for integration with various unmanned intelligent platforms.
This radio can be mounted on UAVs, UGVs, USVs, ground robots, and other platforms to rapidly establish a wireless Mesh ad-hoc network in complex environments lacking infrastructure support—meeting operational requirements for emergency communications, wireless video transmission, disaster relief, firefighting and rescue, counter-terrorism, and public security stabilization. The accompanying application software enables integrated Command, Control, Communications, and Computing (C4) functionality, supporting comprehensive operations including real-time situational awareness backhaul, video dispatch, and command dissemination.
2. Key Features
- Ubiquitous Interconnectivity: No base station required; nodes automatically join the network upon power-on, enabling rapid deployment of temporary wireless communication networks;
- Infrastructure-Free Self-Organizing Network: The network has no central node; failure of any individual node does not disrupt overall network operation, ensuring high survivability;
- Dynamic Routing & Multi-Hop Relay: Supports automatic route discovery and link switching; extends coverage over long distances via multi-hop relaying;
- Secure Channel Encryption: Supports DES, AES128/256 channel encryption to safeguard airborne service data against eavesdropping;
- IP Service Transparent Transmission: Enables IP passthrough, geographically distributed networking, and automatic multi-network switching—fully compatible with diverse IP-based service terminals;
- IP Data Transmission: Native IP architecture supports concurrent transmission of IP-based services such as HD video, telemetry & telecommand, and sensor data.
